Refund Procedure: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be promptly issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed. For expedited processing, providing visual evidence such as photos or videos showcasing any defects or damages is recommended.

Await instructions on the return shipment address. Once we receive and verify your return (typically within 72 hours), you'll receive a confirmation email.
